Rubenesque Lipoedema Clinic Policies
Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At Rubenesque Lipoedema Clinic we aim to provide high quality, dedicated time for each patient. Appointment times are reserved exclusively for you, and late cancellations or missed appointments impact the ability to offer care to other patients.
Appointment Deposits
Some appointments may require a deposit at the time of booking to secure the appointment time.
Deposits are applied toward the cost of the treatment or consultation.
Cancellation Notice
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we request at least 48 hours notice.
This allows us to offer the appointment time to another patient.
Late Cancelllations
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment fee or result in the forfeit of the deposit.
Failure to Attend (No-Show)
If a patient fails to attend their scheduled appointment without notice, Rubenesque Lipoedema Clinic reserves the right to charge 50% of the scheduled appointment fee or retain the booking deposit.
Repeat Non-Attendance
Patients who repeatedly fail to attend appointments may be required to prepay future appointments in full prior to booking.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive significantly late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delaying other patients. Cancellation fees may apply in these circumstances.
Practitioner Availability
Occasionally appointment times may need to be adjusted due to practitioner availability or clinical requirements. In these cases we will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible and reschedule your appointment.
